** Co's CERENERGY sodium-chloride solid-state battery project receives grant qualification from Germany's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy

** Clears second stage for 30% capital expenditure grant of 46.7 mln euros ($54.7 mln) under Germany's STARK economic development programme

** About 7.6 mln shares traded, 5.6x the 30-day avg

** ATC last up 3%, trimming YTD losses to 33.3%
