Australia's Altech Batteries gains on project's increased output capacity

** Shares of Altech Batteries  ATC.AX  up 4.3% at A$0.073;
set for best day since Sept. 13, if gains hold
    ** Battery technology co says it has increased the output
capacity of Cerenergy project to 120 MWh per annum from 100 MWh 
    ** Adds it is currently in the final stages of the
definitive feasibility study and is reviewing all cost factors
    ** Stock at its highest level since Oct. 20
    ** Stock down ~10% YTD, as of last close
