    ** Stock hits its highest level since Dec. 11
    ** Battery technology co reports positive results from a
Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for co's Silumina Anodes
Battery Materials Project plant planned for Germany
    ** Says DFS results expand project's output capacity to 120
gigawatt-hours (GWh) from 15 GWh
    ** More than 2.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 1.4 mln
    ** Stock down 17.9% YTD, based on last close
