Half Yearly Financial Report

 

Amala Foods Plc (LON: DISH) is pleased to announce that further to the updated
announcement on 28 November 2024, the publication of its Half Year Financial
Report for the period ended 30 September 2024.

The Report has also been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism.

The Company has also submitted an updated prospectus to the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA) yesterday in relation to the ongoing transaction that has been
announced previously and will provide a further update in January.
