** Shares of Amanta Healthcare MARB.NS rise 12.5% to 141.75 rupees

** Stock opened at 135 rupees, 7.1% higher than the issue price

** Pharmaceutical co's 1.26 bln-rupee ($14.3 mln) IPO, which comprised entirely of issue of fresh shares, was subscribed 82.61x

** MARB valued at 5.5 bln rupees as of 11:45 a.m. IST

** Trading vols at 4.1 mln shares so far

** Funds raised from the offering to be used to set up new manufacturing lines at Hariyala, Gujarat state, and for general corporate purposes
