Australia's 3D Resources hits over 1-week high on capital raise to fund gold project

** Shares of 3D Resources  DDD.AX  rise as much as 16.7% to
A$0.004, their highest since Jan. 27
    ** Exploration co announces capital raising of A$0.9 mln 
($642,510.00) to fund upgrading inferred resources at Adelong

    ** Placement of 300 mln shares at 0.3 AU cents per share,
issue price matches with last close on Feb. 1
    ** Co says for every five shares issued under placement,
investors to get two free attaching options worth 0.5 AU cents
each
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
Jan. 27
    ** More than 31.9 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 6.6 mln
    ** Stock was on a trading halt on Feb 2
    ** Stock down 14.3% this year, as of last close
