Directorate Change

 

The Board of the Company announces that Laurence Barron will step down from
his position as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31
March 2024.

 

Robin Hallam, Chairman of the Company, commented:

 

"Laurence has been an advisor and non-executive Director of the Company almost
from inception and his vast experience of Asia as Chairman of Airbus China has
been invaluable particularly during the pandemic. We wish him well in his
future ventures."
