Dividend Declaration - Update

On 8 January 2026 the Company announced an interim dividend of 2.00p per
ordinary share. As announced, the shares will be marked ex-dividend on 15
January 2026 and the dividend will be paid on or around 31 January 2026 to
shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 16 January 2026.

In accordance with the 8 January 2026 announcement, and for the avoidance of
doubt, as 31 January 2026 falls on a Saturday, payments will be effected from
2 February 2026 (being the first business day immediately after 31 January
2026).
