AMEDEO AIR FOUR PLUS LIMITED (the "Company")

Dividend Declaration

The Board is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 1.5p per ordinary
share. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 13 October 2022 and the
dividend will be paid on or around 31 October 2022 to shareholders on the
register as at the close of business on 14 October 2022.

The Directors have noted the continued improvement in hours flown by the
Company's aircraft operated by Thai Airways, resulting in the power by the
hour rental receipts being higher than anticipated. In addition, with the
power by the hour rent from Thai Airways switching to fixed monthly rent from
1 January 2023, the Directors believe an increase in the dividend is
appropriate.
