Adds: Everest Group Updates: France's Mistral AI

May 19 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

** Everest Group said it had agreed to sell Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Colombia S.A. to American International Group, in another step in the Bermudian (re)insurer's plan to narrow its focus.

** Europe's leading artificial intelligence firm, France's Mistral AI, said it has acquired Linz-based Emmi AI for an undisclosed sum, aiming to enhance its offering for industrial clients across Europe.

** U.S. chipmaker Analog Devices  is in advanced talks to acquire artificial intelligence chip company Empower Semiconductor for about $1.5 billion in cash, Bloomberg News reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

** U.S. power companies NextEra Energy  and Dominion Energy  announced a plan to merge on Monday in a $66.8 billion deal that will form one of the world's largest electric utilities during an expansion of energy-intensive data centers to support artificial intelligence.
