rise as much 15% to A$0.230, marking their best day since Aug. 8
if gains hold 
    ** Miner announces results of initial minerology test work
for Halleck Creek Rare Earths project in Albany County, Wyoming,
Western United States 
    ** Says testing indicates presence of rare earth elements
that can be recovered using simple separation technology
    **  Stock hits highest since Nov. 24 
    ** About 2.3 mln shares change hands compared with the
30-day moving average of 1.2 mln shares
    ** Stock has risen 21.2% this year, as of last close
