rise as much as 6.5% to A$0.165, their highest level in a month
** Minerals explorer says it is actively working to upgrade
its OTC listing and prepare for a NASDAQ listing
** ARR has appointed three American-based directors to its
board and has started building a new management team to be based
in Denver to drive commercialisation efforts
** Stock has fallen 18.4% this year, as of last close
