** Mineral explorer says it identified rare earth element
(REE) with high-grade total rare earth oxide (TREO) at its
Beaver Creek Rare Earths Project in Wyoming, U.S.
** Adds, also identified rare-earth elements neodymium and
praseodymium
** Stock down ~37% YTD, as of last close
