Australian shares of American Rare Earths jump on Nasdaq listing plans

** Shares of American Rare Earths  ARR.AX  rise as much as
7.3% to A$0.220, set to mark best day since March 30, if current
gains hold 
    ** Stock hits highest since April 19 
    ** Minerals explorer says it has agreed to initiate an
immediate application to list on NASDAQ, ideally before calendar
year end
    ** Says co will continue its listing on the ASX
    ** Ads co will commence a process of Board renewal and skill
enhancement with the recruitment of US mining professionals to
the Board and ultimately the appointment of a US based Chairman 
    ** ARR has risen 7.9% this year as of last close
