French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Sept 30 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from French and Benelux media which could have an impact
on the region's markets or individual stocks.
    ABIONYX PHARMA  ABNX.PA :
    French biopharmaceutical group reported on Thursday a
revenue of 2.5 million euros for the first half of the year. 
AIR FRANCE-KLM  AIRF.PA :
    KLM said on Thursday it would limit ticket sales for the
coming winter, taking the total damage to missed revenues to
more than 100 million euros, as Amsterdam's Schiphol airport 
struggles to find a way to solve its ongoing shortage of
security staff. 
AMOEBA  ALMIB.PA :
    French biological products firm om Thursday said US
Environmental Protection Agency was about to approve its
biocontrol solutionfor use in agriculture. 
    The group also posted an operating lossof 2.9 million euros
for the first half of the year. 
ATOS  ATOS.PA :
    French technology consultancy company, whose shares have
slumped on scepticism over its restructuring plan, said on
Thursday it had rejected expressions of interest in its Evidian
unit from rival onepoint and UK private equity fund ICG.       
    The head of French firm Onepoint on Thursday confirmed he
had made an offer to buy the most lucrative business units of
Atos and urged the ailing IT company's board to reexaminethe
deal.    
EU/ENERGY:
    The European Union wants a new transaction-based
benchmarkfor liquefied natural gas (LNG) as it says the fall in
Russian pipeline gas flows and record high LNG imports have
created imbalances in the current pricing mechanism.

    The group on Thursday said its half-year adjusted EBITDA
increased to 301 million euros.

    French shopping malls operator on Thursday said Casino group

    Strikes have disrupted TotalEnergies' oil products refining
and delivery for the third day on Thursday as disruptions
continue at seven sites throughout France, a CGT trade union
representative told Reuters.
    TotalEnergies said on Thursday it had observed "unauthorized
drone activity" near one of its offshore oil and gas
