Sept 25 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    AMOEBA  ALMIB.PA 
    The French biological products firm on Friday said it is in
the final stages of development of 100% Biocontrol plant, with
view to market its Biocontrol solutions in early 2025.
    
    APERAM  APAM.AS 
    The stainless steel producer on Friday adjusted its outlook
and is now projecting adjusted EBITDA around Eur 15-20 million
euros in the third quarter.
    
    BPOST  BPOST.BR :
    The Belgian postal operator said on Friday it had taken a 75
million euro provision after an audit revealed malpractices,
including possible unlawful compensation received from Belgium's
government.
    
    ESI GROUP  ESIG.PA :
    The French software company on Friday signed a share
purchase agreement for acquisition by U.S. electronic equipment
maker Keysight Technologies  KEYS.K .
    
    FRANCE/NIGER:
    France will pull its soldiers out of Niger following a July
coup in the West African country, President Emmanuel Macron said
on Sunday, dealing a huge blow to French influence and
counter-insurgency operations in the Sahel region.
    
    FRANCE/POLITICS:
    France's centre-right Les Republicains (LR) party maintained
its majority in the Senate after Sunday's vote, in which three
senators from Marine Le Pen's far-right party were elected.

fashion show on Friday, a highly anticipated debut which owner
