** Shares of electronic gear maker Amphenol APH.N rise 1.2% to $141.79 premarket

** APH says it has completed previously announced acquisition of CommScope's COMM.O Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) business

** Adds CCS business expected to generate full-year 2026 sales of about $4.1 billion

** Acquisition is expected to be about $0.15 accretive to APH's 2026 diluted EPS, which excludes acquisition-related expenses - APH

** Says CCS business will be included in Communications Solutions Segment

** APH stock nearly doubled in 2025
