S.Korean stocks exposed to North surge after Pyongyang offers talks with U.S.

** Shares of South Korean construction firms with exposure
to North Korea surge as Pyongyang says it is willing to restart
talks with the United States 
    ** The North's first vice foreign minister Choe Son Hui says
the meeting could be held at a time and place agreed between

    ** Shares of Busan Industrial  011390.KS  jump as much as
12.1%, while Ilshin Stone  007110.KS  gain up to 11.7%
    ** Ananti  025980.KQ  and Namkwang Engineering &
Construction  001260.KS  add 6% and 4.7%, respectively     
    ** The broader KOSPI market  .KS11  was trading up 0.5%,
while the junior KOSDAQ market  .KQ11  was steady
