as 46.3% to A$0.300, their highest level since Aug 14
    ** Stock currently up 31.7%, sees best day since Sept. 8,
2022, if gains hold
    ** Gold miner entered into definitive transaction
documentation to purchase Cerro Bayo Silver-Gold Project in
Chile
    ** Co says acquisition for a total consideration of A$5.0
mln($3.31 mln)
    ** Around 257,656 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 59,081 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 26.8% this year as of last close
