Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Directorate Change

 

Angling Direct PLC (AIM: ANG), the leading omni-channel specialist fishing
tackle and equipment retailer, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 January 2026, the Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM") and related Form of Proxy have been distributed to shareholders. The
AGM will be held at Angling Direct's registered office address at 2d Wendover
Road, Rackheath Industrial Estate, Norwich, Norfolk, NR13 6LH on Thursday 18
June 2026 at 10:00am.

 

A copy of both the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General
Meeting are now available on the Company's website at:
https://www.anglingdirect.co.uk/corporate/

 

The results of voting will be announced following the conclusion of the AGM
and will also be available on the Group's website.

 

Directorate Change

 

The Company has also been notified by Chris Keen, Non-Executive Director and
Chair of the Audit Committee, of his decision to step down from the Board.
Chris will therefore not stand for re-election as a Director of the Company at
the AGM and, accordingly, will retire from the Board at its conclusion.
Following conclusion of the AGM, Neil Williams, Non-Executive Director, will
be appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee, with Nicola Murphy Non-Executive
Director joining the Audit Committee as a member.

 

The Board would like to thank Chris for his contribution and guidance over the
last four years with the Company.
