Supplement to Notice of Redemption
Anglo American Capital plc (the "Issuer")
THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF ARTICLE 7 OF THE MARKET ABUSE REGULATION (EU) 596/2014.
NOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION IN OR INTO, OR TO ANY PERSON RESIDENT AND/OR LOCATED IN, ANY JURISDICTION WHERE SUCH RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION IS UNLAWFUL
 
Reference is made to the notice of redemption delivered by Anglo American Capital plc on April 3, 2018 to holders of its $352,030,000 3.625% Senior Notes due 2020 (the "May Notes") and $281,406,000 4.450% Senior Notes due 2020 (the "September Notes" and together with the May Notes, the "Notes").
The Issuer hereby informs holders of the May Notes that the redemption price of the May Notes to be redeemed on May 3, 2018 (the "Redemption Date") is $363,321,910.00 and comprises the principal amount of $352,030,000 plus the Applicable Premium of $5,301,288.37 and accrued and unpaid interest to the Redemption Date of $5,990,621.63.
The Issuer hereby informs holders of the September Notes that the redemption price of the September Notes to be redeemed on the Redemption Date is $292,898,654.51 and comprises the principal amount of $281,406,000 plus the Applicable Premium of $10,240,397.81 and accrued and unpaid interest to the Redemption Date of $1,252,256.70.
Terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the notice of redemption. The Issuer has notified the holders pursuant to the terms of the Notes.
