Anglo American plc notes the announcement by Anglo American Platinum that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rustenburg Platinum Mines Limited, has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Glencore Operations South Africa Proprietary Limited to purchase its 39% interest in the Mototolo joint venture.
