ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rule ("DTR") 4.1, the Company announces that the following documents are today
published on its website:

"2023 Annual Report")

·      Sustainability Report 2023

·      Climate Change Report 2023

·      Ore Reserves and Mineral Resources Report 2023

·      Tax and Economic Contribution Report 2023

The 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 30 April
2024. The Notice of the 2024 AGM will be published on 18 March 2024.
