The Company announces that Duncan Wanblad, the Company's Chief Executive, was
appointed to the board of Anglo American Platinum Limited as a non-executive
director on 12 May 2022.  Anglo American Platinum Limited is majority owned
by the Company and is listed on the JSE Limited.

 

This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under Listing Rule
