DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS
The Company was notified today that Sir John Parker, the non-executive chairman of the Company, today purchased 8,240 ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 12.14 per Share. The shares are held in a nominee account.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
The transactions were carried out in London.
