Anglo American plc announces that the following awards of Ordinary Shares under the Company's Bonus Share Plan ("BSP") were made on 3 March 2015.
Under the terms of the BSP, two thirds of each Bonus Share award will be released, subject to continued employment, in 2018. The remaining one third of each award will be subject to a further holding period of two years, and will be released in 2020.
