DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS
The Company was notified on 30 July 2015 that Dr Byron Grote, an independent non-executive director, acquired 5,000 American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in respect of the Company's ordinary shares on 29 July 2015 at an average price of US$6.30 per ADR, and 5,000 ADRs in respect of the Company's ordinary shares on 30 July 2015 at an average price of US$6.25 per ADR. One ADR represents 0.5 ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each in the capital of the Company.
The transaction was carried out in the US.
