The Company announces an award of Ordinary Shares under the Company's Non-Cyclical Share Award Plan at nil cost to Themba Mkhwanazi, a PDMR, following his appointment to the Anglo American Group Management Committee in 2019. The award will vest in three equal instalments in March 2023, 2024 and 2025 subject to continued employment.
