Anglo American plc ("Anglo American") notes Kumba Iron Ore Limited's
announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2023, released this
morning to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and available via the following

Kumba Iron Ore Limited reported adjusted EBITDA of R45.7 billion (audited),
equivalent to approximately $2.5 billion.

 

Below is a reconciliation of Kumba Iron Ore Limited's adjusted EBITDA to its
contribution to Anglo American's underlying EBITDA:
