Posting of the Annual Report for 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Anglo Asian Mining plc ("Anglo Asian" or the "Company"), the AIM listed gold,
copper and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that
its Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") for the year ended 31
December 2023 was posted yesterday, 28 May 2024 to shareholders along with
the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy.

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 11:00am on 20 June 2024 at 33 St.
James's Square, London SW1Y 4JS. All shareholders are warmly welcome to
attend.

 

CREST members who wish to appoint a proxy or proxies by utilising the CREST
electronic proxy appointment service may do so for the meeting and any
adjournment(s) thereof by utilising the procedures described in the CREST
Manual. CREST personal members or other CREST sponsored members, and those
CREST members who have appointed a voting service provider(s), should refer to
their CREST sponsor or voting service provider(s), who will be able to take
the appropriate action on their behalf.

 

In order for a proxy appointment made by means of CREST to be valid, the
appropriate CREST message ("a CREST Proxy Instruction") must be properly
authenticated in accordance with Euroclear UK & Ireland
Limited's ("EUI") specifications and must contain the information required
for such instructions, as described in the CREST Manual. The message must be
transmitted so as to be received by the issuer's agent ("RA10")
by 11.00am on 18 June 2024 or if the meeting is adjourned, at least 48
hours before the start of the adjourned meeting. For this purpose, the time of
receipt will be taken to be the time (as determined by the timestamp applied
to the message by the CREST Applications Host) from which the issuer's agent
is able to retrieve the message by enquiry to CREST in the manner prescribed
by CREST.

 

The Annual Report, notice of AGM and form of proxy are now available for
download on the Company's website at www.angloasianmining.com
