    * Entry into a legally binding term sheet to invest in Hock 
Chuan Hong Corporation Pte. Ltd 
    * Pioneer and Tan Aik Hock have agreed to invest in and 
subscribe for new shares in hch for aggregate consideration of 
S$6.7 million 
    * Deal not expected to have any material impact on consol 
net tangible assets or net EPS of co and group for current FY 
ending 31 Dec 2017
