Profile Summary
AnnAik Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company engages in the manufacturing of forged steel flanges, and distribution of approximately 10,000 stainless steel pipes, flanges, buttwelded fittings, low/high pressure fittings, valves, stub ends, and flat products. It operates through three business divisions, namely manufacturing, distribution, and environmental and engineering. Its manufacturing division is engaged in the manufacturing of steel forged flanges and high-pressure steel forged fittings. Its distribution division is engaged in the distribution of stainless-steel products, which are used in piping system. Its environmental and engineering division provides consulting services in water resource management, construct and operate industrial wastewater treatment plants and supply of rural wastewater treatment equipment. It provides environmental services in the People's Republic of China (PRC) and Singapore to governmental and commercial operators.
