Alita Resources Limited is an Australia-based mining company that is engaged in the business of producing lithium concentrate at its principal Project, the Bald Hill Lithium and Tantalum Mine. The Company’s Bald Hill Lithium and Tantalum Mine Project is located approximately 50 kilometers southeast of Kambalda in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. It is located approximately 75 kilometers southeast of the Mt Marion Lithium project and approximately 350 kilometers by road from the Port of Esperance. The Bald Hill Lithium and Tantalum Mine Project comprise a mining tenure totaling approximately 774 square kilometers (km2).
