Australia's Anson hits 4-month high on brine extraction approval in US

** Shares of Anson Resources  ASN.AX  rise as much as 7.7%
to A$0.14, their highest level since Jan. 3
    ** Mineral explorer says it has received approval from Utah
state for water (brine) extraction at the Green River Lithium
Project in Utah, US
    ** This is the first permit approval that co has received
from Utah related to production of lithium from brine at the
project - Anson
    ** More than 1.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 2 mln shares
    ** Stock down 7.1% this year, as of last close
