** Shares of Anson Resources Ltd  ASN.AX  rise as much as
9.7% to A$0.170, their highest level since July 18
    ** Australia-based rare earths miner produces first
battery-grade lithium carbonate from its Paradox project in
Utah, United States
    ** Says first production allows ASN to advance its lithium
carbonate off-take and supply talks with potential buyers
    ** Stock up for a third straight session
    ** Stock down 16.2% YTD, vs a 6.1% increase in the ASX All
Ordinaries index  .AORD
