Australia's NickelSearch rises on land access agreements at WA lithium project

** Shares of NickelSearch  NIS.AX  rise as much as 38.5% to
A$0.036, their biggest intraday percentage gain since Nov 8,
2023
    ** The nickel explorer announces signing of land access
agreements with a private landholder and two occupiers at its
Carlingup project in Western Australia
    ** Says agreements allow co to submit application for first
lithium drill programme at project
    ** About 3.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of nearly 1.2 mln shares
    ** Stock up 64.4% YTD, based on last close
