Australia's EV Resources jumps most in nearly 11 months on securing permits in Peru

** Shares of EV Resources  EVR.AX  soar as much as 33.3% to
A$0.012 in their biggest intraday pct gain since Feb. 7 
    ** The precious metals miner says its 70%-owned Parag
copper-molybdenum project in Peru has obtained all permits
required to drill from 20 platforms 
    ** Shares hit their highest level since Dec. 6 
    ** More than 6 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 1.3 mln shares   
    ** Stock down 35.7% this year, as of last close, vs a 6.6%
increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
