** Shares of Australia's EV Resources Limited  EVR.AX  rise
as much as 21.4% to A$0.017, set to mark best day since Feb 7
    ** Stock hits highest since April 5  
    ** The lithium-focussed miner says it has reached an
agreement with GeoAndina Minerals S.A.C to acquire 70% of the
Parag Copper-Molybdenum Project in Peru
    ** About 4.4 million shares have traded so far today
compared to the 30-day moving volume of 1.2 million shares      
    ** Stock is nearly flat this year, as of last close
