** Shares of EV Resources EVR.AX rise as much as 16.7% to A$0.014, their highest level since October 7

** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct rise since September 25

** Diversified explorer acquires Tecomatlán processing plant in Puebla, Mexico for $1.8 million

** Plant was previously operated to crush and process ore sourced from artisanal antimony and precious metal mines in the region

** Stock has risen more than four-fold in value so far this year
