    ** Australian metals miner says it signed a set of
agreements finalising purchase of 70% stake in the high-grade
Parag copper-molybdenum project in Peru
    ** Drill permitting and planning activities are in progress
for an initial 8km diamond hole programme
    ** EVR marks its biggest intraday pct gains since May 4
    ** Stock flat so far this year, as of last close
