** Shares of EV Resources  EVR.AX  soar as much as 73.3% to
A$0.026, eyeing their best day since Dec. 29, 2017 - if gains
hold 
    ** The lithium-focussed miner says it has secured an A$25
million ($17.24 million) investment from Sapphire Global Energy

    ** Says proceeds will be used to acquire projects and as
working capital to develop co's portfolio
    ** Shares hit highest since Dec. 12 
    ** Stock has risen ~7.1% this year, as of last close
