** Stock set for strongest intraday trading session since March 11

** Rare-earth miner signed agreements with Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau and Export Finance Australia for equity subscriptions of total A$230 mln ($158.98 mln)

** Proceeds from equity raise will be used to develop the onshore Nolans project - co

** Co plans to supply from Nolan's Project 4,440 metric tons a year of neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) oxide, a key rare‑earth magnet material from H2 2029

** Stock up 11.1% YTD, as of last close
