Australia's ARB Corp drops as veteran chairman retires

** Shares of Australia's ARB Corp Ltd  ARB.AX  fall as much
as 2.8% to A$27.75
    ** Vehicle accessories maker says Chairman Roger Brown has
announced his retirement  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX1F3tGW 
    ** Brown was co's chairman for 35 years since co's listing
on second board of Australian Securities Exchange in 1987 
    ** Says Robert Fraser has been appointed as new chairman
    ** Adds Fraser has been a part of the board for 18 years,
placing him "well" to take on the chairman's responsibilities
    ** Stock down ~10.3% this week 
    ** Stock down 45.6% YTD, as of last close
