Completion of Mortgage Portfolio Acquisition
 
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("Arbuthnot" or the "Group") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited ("the Bank"), has completed the purchase of a residential mortgage portfolio that was announced on 3 July 2019.
Following determination of the final loan balances, the total consideration has been set at £258.1 million and has been satisfied by cash from the Group's own resources.
The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
