Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 6 October 2022 Sir Nigel Boardman, a
Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 9,749 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Sir Nigel now holds 26,062 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18 per cent. of the
Company's voting rights.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market
Abuse Regulation, provides further information.
