Sale of shares in Secure Trust Bank PLC ("Secure Trust")
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("Arbuthnot" or "the Group") announces that on 28 September 2021 it disposed of a further 220,000 ordinary shares of 40 pence each of Secure Trust ("Secure Trust Shares"), raising gross proceeds of approximately £2.5m (the "Sale").
Following the completion of the Sale, the Group will be interested in 399,538 Secure Trust Shares, representing approximately 2.14 per cent of Secure Trust's issued share capital.  
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
