('Arc Minerals' or the 'Company')

Grant of Options

Further to the Settlement Agreement as first announced on 18 February 2022,
the Company announces the grant of options to the claimant parties over
3,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") of the
Company ("Share Options") with an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary
Share. The Share Options are exercisable immediately and will expire on 31
March 2024.

Following the grant of the Share Options there will be a total of 20,133,334
share options over unissued Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.75%
of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital of 1,150,519,886.
