Notice of AGM

Arc Minerals (LSE: ARCM) confirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of
the Company will be held at 10:30 am GMT on Friday, 29 November 2024 at The
Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW.

Shareholders who cannot attend in person are encouraged to vote by submitting
a Form of Proxy and are invited to listen in to the AGM at the following link:
