Notice of Virtual AGM

Arc Minerals Limited announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the
Company will be held by web conferencing at 10:30 am GMT on Thursday, 14
December 2023. Directors encourage all shareholders to exercise their right to
vote by submitting a Form of Proxy as shareholders will not be able to vote
during the virtual AGM.
