     ** Rival Joby Aviation JOBY.N on Wednesday sued co in California state for allegedly stealing its trade secrets

     ** "Joby alleges we used their trade secrets to win a 'deal' with a developer but the reality is that Archer has no deal with this developer," said co's chief legal and strategy officer, Eric Lentell

     ** Six of eight brokerages rate stock "buy" and two "hold"; their median PT is $13 - data compiled by LSEG
